FAQ’s

Why are you offering direct biomarker access?

We believe strongly that when you understand your advanced biomarkers and can access them on your terms; you become a motivated participant in your health.  Active participation drives better health outcomes.

Can I use my insurance to obtain your biomarkers?

We do not take insurance or participate in Medicare, Medicaid or other governmental or state programs. If you have a Health Savings Account or a Flexible Spending Account, we can provide an itemized receipt after your blood draw. Contact us at [email protected] once your results come in and we will issue an itemized receipt.

So am I saving money or just getting the biomarkers I want on my terms?

Because of our national contracts we are able to offer discount lab pricing directly to you for a 50-80% savings. Unfortunately, even with insurance, many consumers have very large deductibles and have to pay out of pocket for their labs. Additionally, there are numerous advanced biomarkers we offer that are not covered by insurance. Our program offers you significant savings on your terms.

You offer various modules, what if I just want one or two tests?

The reason we offer biomarker modules are because biomarkers tend to be interpreted as a group. The advanced biomarkers tell the individual story of what is going on in your body and the more details in the story the better we understand the book. If you want individual tests, please call us at our contact number to discuss the availability of the individual tests you desire.

I’m pregnant, is the blood draw safe and accurate?

Yes. There is no harm in obtaining a blood draw during pregnancy. We encourage pregnant women to share these results with their obstetricians.

Is testing offered nationwide?

Direct lab access is obtained through our lab partner, Quest Diagnostics, and are available in every state except New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Rhode Island. What should I do or not do the just prior to my testing?

Most of the advanced biomarkers are most accurate if done first thing in the morning shortly after you wake up prior to eating or drinking anything but water.
