Also packed with iron, quinoa is a complete protein and is loaded with all of the B vitamins, and Calcium which can help boost energy levels. Our cereal calls for rolled or steel-cut oats: If you opt to use steel-cut oats, be sure to microwave the cereal before serving; it will prevent it from becoming too chewy.

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup cooked quinoa
2 tablespoons agave or coconut nectar or honey
1/4 cup diced goji berries or blueberries
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 1/2 cups almond, coconut or soy milk
Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and chill overnight. Serve cold, or heat on the stove for a warm No-Cook Breakfast Cereal to serve warm with peanut butter and diced pears, banana or berries.
